At Print Zombies®, every project reflects a designer’s imagination and technical precision. We are a bespoke digital printing studio backed by a state‑of‑the‑art Print Design Team and specialized Fabric Printing Services, supporting our clients across the United Kingdom from concept to creation.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the practical, transparent, and fair terms under which we operate to ensure clarity, protect creative integrity, and deliver consistent results in the ever‑evolving world of custom digital printing

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or working with our team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Categories of Orders

To maintain clarity and fairness, we process orders under three distinct categories.

Holistic Orders: Fabric and printing are both provided by Print Zombies.
Job Work Orders: The client supplies the base fabric for printing.
Design-Only Orders: Our design team develops CADs, repeats, and layouts without providing physical printed fabric.

Each order type follows specific terms explained below.

1(a). Holistic Orders (Fabric + Printing by PZ)

For orders where our team manages both the fabric sourcing and the digital printing, we take full accountability for the final output, working within the natural behaviours of digital textile printing.

Accountability: If a verified misprint, defect, or material inconsistency arises strictly due to our processes, we will reprint the affected portion after inspection. (Note: Claims must be reported within 7 days and fabric must be in its original, uncut condition, as outlined in Section 6).

1(b). Job Work Orders (Client-Supplied Fabric)

"Job Work" refers to printing carried out on fabric you supply to us. While we handle your materials with the utmost care and precision, some variables remain beyond our control.

Liability Limit: Liability for any printing issues is strictly limited to the printing service fee or the general market value of the unprinted fabric, whichever is lower. We do not replace or reimburse client-supplied fabric.
Processing Variables: Color variation may occur due to differences in your fabric’s coating, dyeing, or chemical treatment.
Color Matching: Exact color matching in small bespoke runs on client-supplied fabric is not always feasible; slight tonal deviation is expected and considered acceptable.

1(c). Design-Only Orders & Creative Rights

For assignments involving CAD development, Pattern Digitization, repeats, and engineered layouts, the following intellectual property rights apply:

Your Property: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any original artwork, logos, and references you supply to us. Your original supplied files remain your exclusive property and will never be reused or shared with third parties.
Our Property & Source Files: Any print files, CADs, engineered layouts, repeats, or original artwork developed by Print Zombies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Print Zombies / Pradisha YarnTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We do not share raw, open, or high-resolution printable files with clients.
CAD & Design Fees: Any amount paid as "CAD Charges," "Design Charges," or similar fees is a cooperative service charge. The fee covers the specialized labor required to develop the design and prepare it for printing on our end. You are paying for the right to have that design manifested on your physical fabric, but you are not purchasing the digital architecture itself. Payment of these fees does not transfer the intellectual property rights or outright ownership of the print files/designs to the client, unless explicitly mentioned in writing in the pro-forma invoice.
Fabric Usage Rights: Our clients receive the beautiful end product: the printed fabric. Once your physical fabric is ordered, paid for, and delivered, you have completely unlimited rights to use, cut, sew, showcase, and sell that printed fabric however you wish.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payment

Pricing Structure: Prices are quoted per meter in GBP (£) (or as specified in the official quotation), exclusive of UK VAT, forex charges, customs duties, or payment gateway fees. Quoted prices remain valid for 30 days.
Bulk Discounts: Any bulk discounts apply based on the total quantity of the order, not the number of individual designs.
Order Initiation: Work begins once the quotation is accepted, artwork is approved, and a standard 70% advance payment is received. The remaining balance is due upon confirmation of dispatch readiness.
Currency & Conversion: All official invoices will specify the billing currency. Clients are responsible for any foreign exchange (forex) fees, international wire transfers, or payment gateway fees. The net amount received by Print Zombies must match the agreed invoice total.
Late Payments & IP Reversion: Timely payments help us maintain smooth production schedules. If a final payment remains outstanding for more than forty-five (45) calendar days from the invoice date, we will pause services and withhold deliveries.
Important Note on Exclusivity: If payment remains unpaid beyond this 45-day period, any exclusivity tied to the creative work developed by our team is automatically voided. To recover costs, Print Zombies may then legally use, modify, licence, or resell any CADs or layouts we created for the project. (This does not apply to original artwork or logos supplied by you).

3. Fabric & Print Considerations

Textile printing is a physical craft, and digital printing on natural fibers may show minor variations which are an inherent part of the process. The following characteristics are commercially accepted within global industry tolerances and are not considered defects:

Shrinkage & Proportion: Shrinkage can vary by fiber type, weave, humidity, and order volume. A typical variation of 10–20% is considered standard. Uneven shrinkage may also cause minor proportion changes—for instance, a 1×1-inch circular polka motif might appear slightly oval if the fabric shrinks differently in warp and weft (it happens!).
Silk: Small slubs, specks, and tonal changes are inherent to the fiber.
Viscose & Blends: Minor weave shifts or tiny specks (≤2 mm) can occur.
Color Matching: Variations between digital screens and printed output are normal.
Bowing / Skewing: Slight misalignment under 20 meters is standard due to natural fabric tension.

We strongly encourage all clients to review swatches or samples before bulk printing to set visual and textural expectations accurately.

4. After-Care & Handling

Washing: All natural-fiber fabrics, especially dark prints, should be dry-cleaned only.
Pre-Testing: Always test a small sample before cutting, washing, or fusing.
Post-Processing Liability: Print Zombies is not liable for any change or defect arising from post-processing, embroidery, high-tension stitching, fusing, or other finishing treatments performed after the fabric has been printed and delivered. As designers and brand owners, it remains your responsibility to assess the fabric’s suitability, strength, and intended use prior to order confirmation.

5. Production, Delivery & Storage

Timelines: We typically dispatch within 12–15 working days after CAD/artwork approval and advance payment. Orders above 200 meters or those requiring special sourcing may need an additional 5–10 working days. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
Courier Partners & Transit: Once dispatched, handling passes to independent courier partners. We work exclusively with reputed logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, DTDC, etc. If you wish to use a specific courier, please inform us while placing your order; otherwise, dispatch is arranged at our discretion. Print Zombies cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit.
Customs & Duties: To facilitate a smooth and efficient delivery process, Print Zombies operates with strict international export compliance. We proactively prepare and submit all known commercial and shipping documents required on our end to assist with easy customs clearance with HMRC. However, for all international shipments, the client acts as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance fees, UK VAT, or local levies applied upon arrival in the United Kingdom.
Storage: Raw materials or uncollected finished goods left at our facility for more than forty-five (45) days after completion will be responsibly recycled or disposed of without further liability.

6. Returns, Claims & Limitation of Liability

Claims Window: Any quality or delivery concern must be brought to our notice within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order, supported by photographs or videos. Prompt communication helps us review and resolve efficiently.
Original Condition: Returned material must be in its original condition. Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or stitched cannot be reviewed for claims under any circumstances.
Subjectivity: Statements such as "I don’t like the fabric" cannot be accepted as grounds for a refund once the material has been processed for printing, even if the fabric was suggested by a member of our team. We deliver the promised product, not the assumed one.
Return Shipping: Return courier expenses are borne by the client, although we may share costs if a manufacturing error is confirmed on our end.
Liability Cap: Print Zombies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as resale delays or production interruptions. Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the printing charges for the affected portion of the order.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, supplier delays, strikes, or customs delays. Where reasonably possible, we agree to work together to minimize disruption and find a practical solution.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Information shared with us for quotations, production, and order fulfillment will be handled responsibly and used only for legitimate business purposes. We will not sell or knowingly disclose it to third parties except where required to complete your order, comply with legal obligations, or where you have provided consent.

9. Dedicated Support & Dispute Resolution

Bespoke printing requires precision and collaboration. Led by our founder's 12+ years of industry expertise, your project is managed by a dedicated, client-facing operations team possessing at least 7+ years of specialized experience, ensuring expert guidance at every step.

If a disagreement arises, our primary goal is to resolve it amicably through respectful, good-faith communication. We prefer settling matters by our word and a shared desire for a positive outcome.

However, should a formal resolution be necessary, these Terms & Conditions shall be strictly governed by the laws of India, while observing UK commercial and consumer standards for our UK-based clients. Both parties agree that the courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Print Zombies.
